Level 4 (HNC) Quantity Surveying – September Start 18+

The entry requirements for the course include a recent education background such as a BTEC Level 3 qualification in Construction or a related field or a strong GCE Advanced Level profile with good performance in relevant subjects, usually accompanied by GCSEs at grades A*-C (or 9-4), including Maths and English. Other related Level 3 qualifications are also considered. Alternatively, an Access to Higher Education Diploma from an approved institution is accepted. For international students, equivalent qualifications at Level 3 are required, along with English language proficiency if applicable. Relevant work experience in the construction or related industry can be considered, particularly for mature students or those without formal qualifications.

You must pass 8 taught modules to gain the full Award. Assignments are part of the course module assessment and are normally set when you have finished working through the relevant lectures, seminars and tutorials. There are many types of assignments, including written assignments, report writing, case study or presentations. Learners will be awarded a pass, merit, or distinction qualification grade by the accumulation of points gained through successful completion of individual units.
