The programme also focuses on team management and coaching, equipping students with the skills needed to recruit, develop, and support esports talent. Through studies in broadcasting and live streaming, students gain hands-on experience in content production, audience engagement, and digital media techniques that are essential within the modern esports environment.
In addition, the course explores the commercial side of the industry, covering business models, marketing strategies, sponsorship opportunities, and brand development. Students also examine the legal, regulatory, and ethical considerations that shape professional esports, enabling them to navigate the challenges and responsibilities associated with the sector. Together, these areas provide a strong foundation for careers within esports operations, event management, marketing, content production, team management, and further higher education study.

These experiences provide opportunities to apply knowledge in realistic contexts, develop problem-solving and analytical skills, and build professional competence.
